Over the last several years we have noticed that more and more of our clients are faced with wetland issues when considering a construction project. This is probably due in part to the extent of sprawl in the surrounding communities but also due to the seriousness with which most cities and towns consider their wetlands. Federal, State and local regulations regarding wetlands are constantly evolving and the myriad of permits and other requirements one must meet to improve a property can be overwhelming.
